Three years ago, Focus Federal Credit Union developed a program to save the residents in Oklahoma’s Tri-City area $200,000 in loan-interest. Along with interest savings, Focus FCU wanted to support the Tr-City area schools as well.  That is how the Support Our Schools Initiative was developed.

“Strengthening our local communities is at the heart of everything we do here at Focus FCU” says Kyle Roush, President/CEO. “We knew we wanted to concentrate on the Tri-City area, and we wanted to donate to the schools to help with critical programs being cut during these each year.”

When the savings goal was met, Focus FCU awarded $5000 to each of the following 4 schools: Newcastle, Tuttle, Bridge Creek, and Blanchard Public Schools.
